Coffee Granola

The tastiest breakfast cereal is easy to make. This coffee granola is delicious in yogurt and made in no time.

Servings: 1 jar

Ingredients 

  • 150 grams oatmeal
  • 100 grams unroasted hazelnuts
  • 25 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 25 grams sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Taste to see if you like the coffee flavor, otherwise you can add some extra instant coffee. Keep in mind that the flavor will dilute a bit in the oven.
  • Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 180°C/350˚F(conventional oven) for 15-20 minutes. Turn halfway through.
  • Allow the granola to cool before storing in a jar.
Tips
You can use quick oats instead of old-fashioned oats. I personally find that the latter gives a better and tastier result.
How to store
You can store the granola for at least 2-3 weeks (although it often runs out within a week here)
